I will write in English because my Italian is not very good.
I paid X,XXX EUR to a language school in Milano for X months of Italian course. I had a misunderstanding with a teacher and I no longer want to study there. I have studied for only X week out of the X months paid. I have asked for a refund or even partial refund but the school has flat out refused. What are my rights?
