He has worked in the major law firms of the Court of Sassari developing professional skills in real estate, real estate tax law, inheritance, credit recovery.
He assists his clients mainly in the real estate and contractual areas, in particular in real estate transactions and investments both in the regular market and in properties connected to insolvency procedures, creative real estate investments, real estate contracts and in general legal assistance for the foreign investor in Italy. He also assists individuals and companies in the credit recovery in Italy and abroad through Govonilaw Business Network.
He has worked with the Public Notary Dr. Andrea Porqueddu, one of the most prominent Public Notary in Sardinia, dealing with real estate transactions and wills.
Ph.D. in the University of Sassari, School of Economy and Law in Antitrust, Real Estate M&A.
He has dealt with the legal aspects of Italian Listed Real Estate Companies (SIIQ) in the Italian Stock Exchange, dealing with due diligence and legal analysis on corporate documentation often related to real estate transactions and property fiscal aspects.
He has participated in numerous Conferences on Real Estate, real estate tax law, property legal issues, and property investment methods, studying the creative property investment solutions also the last innovative fields such as the impact of the Blockchain system on the Italian real estate landscape.

Egregio Sig. [rimosso] , il mio Studio Legale assiste sia singoli condomini, che Amministratori di Condominio per quanto riguarda ogni attività giudiziale e stragiudiziale. A titolo esemplificativo, le posso dire che operiamo nell'ambito del recupero dei crediti, impugnazioni delibere assembleari e tutte quelle pratiche connesse ai vari contratti (quali contratti di affitto, locazione, appalto, ect.).
